WIP Annihilation

I almost hate to do this to myself but 2013 is going to be the year of the WIP (works in progress) at my house. My WIP list is out of control, and I think it’s keeping me from sewing…well, along with the chaos of my sewing room. Every surface and nook is jammed with stuff.

I have too much stuff, but I don’t want to get rid of anything. First world problem. So my plan is to complete as many WIPs as possible…this will use up some of my stash and help me make space. Want to join me in this challenge? I’ve made a button so you know I really mean it. ;) Check back with me every Wednesday to see how I’m doing.

I think I’ll make a list of all my WIPS this year so I can begin crossing them off. Some are about 15 years old, can’t part with them but that’s rediculous. Time to get busier.

You do have a lot of stuff crammed in your sewing room, but it is so beautifully organised. I hope it doesn’t always look like this? Lol

Oh, my gosh! It’s so nice to know it’s not just me! LoL I had to share your post with my husband so he doesn’t think I’m the only one with WIPs and tons of fabric! I, also, have a stash issue that’s a bit out of control, a list of WIPs, plus a list of future projects I would love to get started on. But since I’m feeling a bit unorganized, I’m really not accomplishing anything… However, I’m staying positive, and just take it day by day. I try to work on one item from my list at a time and then cross it off. I’m staying positive! Have a great day :) – Laura
